Duties and Responsibilities

Provide a safe, loving, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
Plan and participate in age-appropriate learning, play, and sensory activities.
Assist with diapering/potty training, meals, nap time, and daily routines.
Encourage language, social-emotional, and independence skills.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom.
Communicate professionally with families and staff.
Follow all DCF, licensing, and center policies and procedures.
