Duties and Responsibilities

Establish and enforce behavior rules and procedures to maintain order. You must have classroom management.
Adapt daily routines to meet the interests and needs of the individual child and the group
Organize and lead activities designed to promote physical and social development.
Manage classroom routines, ensuring a safe environment for children while maintaining effective classroom management practices.
Salary based on experience and credentials.

Qualifications & Preferences

Minimum 1 year of experience in early childhood or a related field
Must have 45 hours completed (FCCPC).
Must have 45 DCF training and credentials completed
CDA is not required but preferred
Must have or be able to pass the DCF Background Screening.
Must have CPR certification.
Must be willing to complete yearly CEU trainings as well as all other required trainings.
