Now Hiring: Preschool Director

Location: Miami, FL

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Preschool Director to lead our early childhood education program serving an inner-city, low-income community in the Miami area. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is culturally responsive, highly organized, and passionate about supporting children and families.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in early childhood education leadership
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required
• Experience working in an inner-city and/or low-income school setting
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with ESH Food Program
• Proficient in Brightwheel (attendance, billing, parent communication, documentation)
• Experience with ELC School Readiness accreditation and compliance
• Strong marketing and enrollment growth experience
• Thorough knowledge of Florida childcare licensing regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily school operations and supervise staff
• Ensure compliance with licensing, ELC, and food program requirements
• Build strong relationships with families and community partners
• Manage enrollment, marketing efforts, and parent engagement
• Maintain records and reporting using Brightwheel
• Support staff development and high-quality classroom practices

Pay: $50,000.00 – $650,000.00 per year
