Job Title: Part-Time VPK Teacher (Montessori-Inspired)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a warm, dedicated, and enthusiastic VPK Teacher to join our team! This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into full-time. Ideal candidates will have a background or interest in Montessori and/or Reggio Emilia-inspired education, a passion for working with young children, and a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a VPK classroom in alignment with Florida VPK standards and our Montessori-Reggio inspired approach

• Prepare a nurturing, creative, and engaging environment that supports independence, exploration, and growth

• Integrate nature-based learning and outdoor experiences into the daily curriculum

• Observe and assess students’ development and maintain accurate records

• Communicate effectively with families and team members

• Participate in ongoing professional development and school events
