Custodian

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following:

• Maintain floors and keep walls, doors, furnishings, and fixtures clean, safe and presentable.
• Maintain all office areas including all desks, cabinets, shelves, etc., clean and presentable.
• Sanitize toilets and washbasins daily.
• Keep entrances, walks, steps, and parking areas swept and free of debris and other obstructions.
• Keep toilet tissue, paper towels, and soap dispensers adequately supplied on a daily basis.
• Help to keep the kitchen in a sanitary condition and assisting in all housekeeping duties in relation to serving food.
• Assist in setting up and putting away all equipment.
• Keep surrounding grounds, outdoor play areas, parking lots and windows clean and presentable.
• Maintain all supplies storage organized.
• Use of supplies and equipment with a conscientious sense.
• Keep an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and informs the Supervisor of needed materials
• Replace kitchen staff when necessary and when in kitchen will perform kitchen responsibilities only.
• Performs related work as required or as assigned.
• Complete Personnel Activity Report (Time Sheet).
