-attending to children’s needs -Daily observation -weekly lesson plans -using a laptop -having good communication skill with the children, parents and co-worker
-Need to have DCF 45 HRS -First Aide & CPR in all ages -Have knowledge of teaching strategies gold and CLASS Observations -Be certified with a FCCPC or a CDA National or -a Degree in Early Childhood Education
